The Good360 team is pleased to share three new additions to our team. Collectively, they bring years of experience in corporate relations, customer service, and design, and we are looking forward to seeing the impact they make to help millions of Australians in need. Let us introduce you to Nancy, Chantelle, and Kira.
Nancy Almeida
Where in Australia are you?
Sydney, NSW.
What is your Role and when did you start at Good360?
My role is Partnership Manager (Corporate) and I started the last week of April 2023.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself!
My lifestyle is unusual, I live in a property accessible by water only, hence I drive a boat to ‘mainland’ for my everyday life. For instance, driving to work, catching the train, or dropping off my son to daycare. The house is also partially off the grid and my yard is a national park that we shared with a wide range of wild fauna which can be scary sometimes!
What are you most looking forward to, or what have you enjoyed so far, as part of the Good360 team?
I loved the energy and warm welcoming of the entire Good360 team, I’m fascinated by the passion and commitment of every single person in the organisation. I’m looking forward to contributing to this skilful multidisciplinary team and most importantly to helping more people/communities and the planet.
Chantelle Jary
Where in Australia are you?
I live in the Hawkesbury area on top of a mountain. Nobody has ever heard of it though so it’s easiest just to say, near Kurrajong. My house backs onto a national park which is very cool as I love wildlife and nature.
What is your Role and when did you start at Good360?
I am the Membership Development Manager and started on 27 April 2023.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself!
I carry my rainbow-colored roller skates in my car at all times just in case I need them. True story.
What are you most looking forward to, or what have you enjoyed so far, as part of the Good360 team?
I like to approach life with the intention of kindness and I have a passion for creating change and doing good. I feel like I’m in the right place here at Good360 and can’t wait to widen the circle of good we do surrounded by such an incredibly warm and talented team. It’s not work when you love what you do.
Kira Powell

What is your Role and when did you start at Good360?
Graphic Designer & Marketing Project Manager and I started in April 2023.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself!
I am the youngest of 10 children. It was amazing to grow up with such a large family and have our own 5v5 basketball comps out the front!
What are you most looking forward to, or what have you enjoyed so far, as part of the Good360 team?
Having only recently joined Good360, I am really looking forward to being a part of an organisation that helps so many people. It’s wonderful to know that what I do every day will be contributing to the Circle of Good.
