Good360 Celebrates Team Promotions

Since our establishment in 2015, Good360 Australia has been on a mission to uplift communities in need with brand-new goods from businesses across the country. As we continue to scale our operations to meet increased demand, our incredible and passionate team of 34 permanent staff members plays a pivotal role in making a positive impact.

At Good360 Australia, we firmly believe that a thriving team culture starts with prioritising the well-being and advancement of our employees. We take immense pride in providing a workplace that fosters a sense of inclusion, safety and diversity. We are delighted to announce that seven of our exceptional team members have recently received well-deserved promotions and title changes. These advancements are a testament to our commitment to nurturing the growth of our employees and recognising their dedication to our mission.

Read below about Andy, Liz, Del, Paula, Ebony, Chantelle and Letitia, and their experiences working at Good360 Australia, their journeys of growth and what being a part of the Good360 team means to them.

Andy Doan

When did you start working at Good360 Australia?

I officially started in September, 2016, but I started as a volunteer in February 2016.

What was your first position here and what is your position now?

I was originally put on as an Operations Assistant and have been in that position for almost 7 years. I am now the Operations & IT Specialist.

What is your favourite part about working at Good360?

Ultimately helping people in need across Australia and working alongside a team to overcome challenges whether that is logistics, storage or distribution – it’s very satisfying to achieve our goals to help better Australian lives who need it most.

What are you looking forward to in your next year at Good360?

Over the next 12 months, we’re preparing ourselves to do more than what we did last year. There will be new challenges to solve, discovering new ways to do things here.

Liz Finlayson

When did you start working at Good360 Australia?

I started working at Good360 in 2020 when COVID first hit as a temporary job, but quickly fell in love with what we do and how many organisations we help.

What was your first position here and what is your position now?

My first position was Warehouse Storeperson and now I am a Customer Success Specialist.

What is your favourite part about working at Good360?

Speaking with our members and hearing firsthand about the impact that our goods have made on their communities. Also working with our amazing volunteers and seeing their enthusiasm when it comes to giving back.

What are you looking forward to in your next year at Good360?

I’m really hoping to see the Optus SIMs get out to more members across the country to help the people that need them most.

Delicia Tan

When did you start working at Good360 Australia?

I started as a volunteer in Jul 2016, setting up JIRA and Confluence and re-organising Dropbox for the team. Then I took 2017 off when my son was born. I returned in 2018 to manage the BIG W LSDP program and joined the Giving Team (now known as the Customer Success Team), and now I’m part of the IT team.

What was your first position here and what is your position now?

  1. Volunteer 2016

  4. Quality Assurance & Programs Specialist 2023

What is your favourite part about working at Good360?

The opportunity to give anything a go when you’re willing to learn and contribute, even when you don’t have the experience or skills to start with. A big thanks to everyone who’s taught me over the years and allowed me to try, fail, try again and succeed.

What are you looking forward to in your next year at Good360?

All the new digital things to learn about including more Salesforce features and projects, as well as supporting all the new challenges that come our way!

Paula Harvison

When did you start working at Good360 Australia?

April 2022.

What was your first position here and what is your position now?

I started as a Customer Success Coordinator and am now a Customer Success Specialist.

What is your favourite part about working at Good360?

  • Speaking to the members, learning about their mission and the work they do in the community.
  • Helping to set up new accounts and assisting people to place their first order of 3 cartons shipped to them completely free!
  • The range and quality of donated products is so incredible, there are many days that are like Christmas for our members! It feels good to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.

What are you looking forward to in your next year at Good360?

Assisting more Good360 members – helping them order the goods for their programs and reading their impact stories.

Ebony Cameron

When did you start working at Good360 Australia?

I started as a volunteer at Good360 in 2018! I recently celebrated my 5 year anniversary.

What was your first position here and what is your position now?

I originally started as a volunteer, helping with the product upload process before my first role as E-Commerce Coordinator. After a couple years I then became our Digital Marketing Coordinator as I stepped into photography and videography for the team. I’ve combined the skills and knowledge I’ve developed over the course of both these roles and am now Good360’s E-Commerce Marketing Specialist.

What is your favourite part about working at Good360?

One of my favourite parts about working at Good360 is that as the Videographer/Photographer, I get to witness first hand the impact Good360 makes on communities across Australia. I get the opportunity to not only sit down with our members and listen to their stories, but I get to share these stories with our Donors, Partners, and the rest of the country.

What are you looking forward to in your next year at Good360?

In this next year at Good360, I’m looking forward to analysing website data to better understand our members and to ensure we’re able to offer them the goods they need.

Chantelle Arancon

When did you start working at Good360 Australia?

April 2022, making it a year and three months since I started!

What was your first position here and what is your position now?

I started as a Social Media & Content Coordinator, and I am now Good360’s Digital Marketing & Content Specialist.

What is your favourite part about working at Good360?

Things move fast at Good360 – we have plenty going on at any time and it’s an exciting environment to be amongst as we scale as an organisation. Also, having a super supportive team means that we tackle everything head-on and overcome the challenges that come with a growing organisation together!

What are you looking forward to in your next year at Good360?

I am looking forward to the different projects we are launching near the end of the year and becoming more involved in the digital space as Good360 expands our technology to better service our members.

Letitia Shepherd

When did you start working at Good360 Australia?

Towards the end of 2021 (almost two years ago).

What was your first position here and what is your position now?

I was the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager and am now the Head of Digital. The change is an extension and adaptation of the role I was doing before – with more focus on strategy and projects to enhance the digital experience for our members and other stakeholders.

What is your favourite part about working at Good360?

The team for sure! Everyone at Good360 is passionate about the work we do and the impact we create for Australians in need and our planet. As an organisation, we have done a great job at attracting a diverse group of like-minded individuals which creates a wonderful workplace dynamic.

What are you looking forward to in your next year at Good360?

October will be a big month for Good360 and I am excited to see almost a year’s worth of hard work come to fruition. We also have some really exciting digital projects currently in planning phase which I can’t wait to sink my teeth into.
