Customer Success
The first point of contact for all things Good360. The customer success team handle any issues and enquiries about membership and product, and are here to make sure all experiences go smoothly.
Operations & Logistics
The force that gets products from donor to member. You will usually find them greeting members picking up orders, or ensuring the warehouse is in top shape ready to accept, and ship out deliveries.
