Shipping & Storing Orders
The goods ordered from Good360 are free. However, orders do have a nominal handling fee applied, depending on the size of your organisation and the specific goods being ordered. Shipping fees are charged at cost based on your location.
It is also important to note that all Good360 orders must be shipped to your nominated delivery address and goods are to be stored at a commercial or business location attached to the charity and not a personal residence.

Schools above 1,000 ICSEA are ineligible for Good360 membership

Advantage/ Momentum
Handling Fees

Advantage and Momentum members will be charged a Handling Fee, the rate is based on annual total income for the organisation according to latest ACNC data

Between $1-5M Handling = 2.5% of RRP

Over $5M Handling = 5% of RRP

*Some items or orders will incur a Special Handling fee for all members (irrespective of size or status). Such items will be marked and advertised to members prior to checkout.
**Handling fee may be waived by Good360 for special offers or select items where external funding has been secured by Good360 on behalf of members i.e. Empower Packs, Clearance items, Disaster campaigns and programs funded by corporate partners.
