Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Hub Terms”) apply when a Good360 Member Organisation (“Member”) books or attends the Good360 Community Hub (“Hub”) operated by Good360 Australia Ltd (“Good360”). The Hub Terms are an addendum to and should be read in conjunction with the Good360 Member Terms and Conditions located at https://good360.org.au/member-terms-conditions/. To the extent of any inconsistency, the Good360 Member Terms & Conditions shall prevail. By booking a visit through Calendly or attending the Hub, the Member agrees to these Hub Terms.
1. Purpose of the Community Hub
The Community Hub is a welcoming space where Good360 Members can bring their clients to access brand-new essential goods, free of charge, to support people in need.
2. Who May Attend
  • Only current Good360 Member Organisations may bring clients to the Hub.
  • A Member organisation, charity worker or designated volunteer must accompany their client at all times at the Good360 Community Hub.
  • The Member is responsible for confirming that all attending clients meet Good360’s eligibility criteria (i.e. the individuals or families are experiencing hardship).
  • Good360 reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person for safety, behaviour, or eligibility reasons.
3. Booking & Attendance
  • All visits must be booked in advance through Good360’s Calendly booking system.
  • By submitting a booking, the Member agrees to these Hub Terms on behalf of its organisation and all attendees it brings.
  • Booking confirmations are subject to availability and may be changed or cancelled by Good360 due to operational needs, emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Conduct & Behaviour
To ensure a safe and respectful environment:
  • Members and clients must treat staff, volunteers, and other visitors with respect and courtesy.
  • The Member community worker/volunteer is responsible for their client at all times whilst visiting the Community Hub.
  • No abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour will be tolerated.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are not permitted on the premises.
  • Good360 may ask anyone to leave if their conduct is unsafe or inappropriate.
5. Distribution of Goods
  • All goods provided at the Hub are free of charge and must be used solely for charitable purposes to support people in need.
  • Goods must not be sold, exchanged or bartered under any circumstances.
  • Quantities and product types are subject to availability. There is no guarantee that specific items or brands will be in stock.
  • Once goods are collected, ownership and risk transfer to the Member or client; Good360 is not responsible for loss, damage or suitability of goods after collection.
  • All goods are provided “as is” without warranty or guarantee of quality, safety, or fitness for purpose.
6. Safety and Liability
  • Members are responsible for the safety and supervision of their clients during their visit.
  • Visitors must follow all safety instructions from Hub staff.
  • Good360 is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs on the premises, except where required by law.
  • Members indemnify Good360 against any claims arising from their attendance or that of their clients.
7. Photography, Media & Storytelling
  • Good360 may take photos or videos at the Hub for impact reporting and promotional purposes.
  • If photography or filming will occur during a visit, Members will be informed and given the opportunity to obtain consent from their clients.
  • No images of identifiable clients will be used publicly without consent.
  • Members and their clients must not take photos or videos of other visitors without permission.
8. Privacy & Data
  • Good360 may collect limited personal information for security, reporting, and impact measurement.
  • Data will be handled in accordance with the Good360 Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
  • Members are responsible for ensuring that any client information shared with Good360 has been provided with consent.
9. Cancellation & Changes
  • If a Member cannot attend a booked session, they must cancel or reschedule via Calendly as soon as possible.
  • Good360 may change or cancel bookings due to operational requirements, emergencies, or special events.
10. Amendments
Good360 may update these Hub Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Good360 website or in the Calendly booking form.
