Roundabout Canberra, serves young children, babies and families in the ACT, often supporting these families through difficult times where they may be experiencing financial hardship, violence, mental health concerns or suffering from a disability. Their work provides essential goods to ensure both children and families have the support they need during difficult times.
When did you join Good360?

What programs do you use your Good360 donations for? Who does the program serve? How does it impact Australians in need?
Roundabout Canberra provides essential baby and children’s items to families across the ACT region. We will provide assistance to over 2,000 children this year. Families we help are impacted by a wide range of challenges such as financial hardship, disability, immigration, mental health and family violence. We have included items received from Good360 in toiletry, clothing, school and toy packs to families we support
What is your favourite moment/interaction that you have had with a client when utilising the Good360 product?
We recently needed to provide several families of recently arrived refugees sun smart packs. We were so lucky to have sunscreen and children’s hats we had received from Good360 on hand to provide to them. It was so special to know that these goods would be used by these kids in their journeys of settling into Australian life and build their knowledge of keeping sun smart with our harsh summer climates.
How does Good360 help your mission?
Good360 supports Roundabout Canberra to fulfil our mission to provide safe, clean and essential baby and children items to families in need. Sustainability is also really important to us and we aim to repurpose as much as possible, so we love that working with Good360 facilitates a meaningful way to redirect goods that may otherwise end up in landfill.
What would happen if Good360 wasn’t here to help?
Without Good360 we would be without many essential items to provide to families, including toiletries, PPE, toys and clothing. This would be a huge gap in what we can provide for them, and with very limited funds we would not be in the position to purchase them otherwise.
What is your favourite donation you have received from Good360? Why?
Sometimes it can be the simplest items that have the most impact. In 2020 we received a range of school supplies from Good360 including exercise books, calculators, rulers and glue sticks. Being able to include these in backpacks for children’s school essentials was very special. Ensuring kids have a backpack and all the items for school is so important – not only for their learning but also a sense of social inclusion and dignity amongst their peers.
