2024 has been a big year of wonderful new additions to the Good360 team, so much so that we had to split this blog into two! The impact our newest team members have already made has been astronomical and we cannot wait to see their further work helping communities in need.
Let us introduce you to Clorrisa, Edyta, Sherin and Tegan.
Clorrisa Tarr
Where in Australia are you?
I live in the Inner West of Sydney, a vibrant and community-focused area that’s full of charm and character.
What is your Role and when did you start at Good360?
I started at Good360 on August 6th 2024, I am focusing on donor relationships and ensuring the smooth repurposing of goods for communities in need. I have been enjoying every moment of contributing to this impactful work.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself!
I’m passionate about ocean and animal conservation, and some of my most treasured memories involve wildlife encounters across Australia. Whether it’s hiking in the bush or observing native species in their natural habitats, I find these experiences incredibly inspiring.
What are you most looking forward to, or what have you enjoyed so far, as part of the Good360 team?
I’ve really enjoyed connecting with donors and seeing how their contributions create positive ripple effects for communities. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of an organization that turns generosity into meaningful change. I’m excited to continue building relationships and expanding the impact we can make together.
Edyta Banasiak
Where in Australia are you?
Sydney, NSW.
What is your Role and when did you start at Good360?
I started in November 2024 as the Partnerships Manager.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself!
I am mesmerised and fascinated about volcanoes, and I have climbed a few during my travels.
What are you most looking forward to, or what have you enjoyed so far, as part of the Good360 team?
I look forward to helping our planet through reducing the volume of brand-new usable goods going to waste and landfill, and instead redirecting these products to our 4,700 members who are in need. I love that our organisation helps and supports such a vast range of charities, community groups and disadvantaged schools. It’s truly incredible to see the real impact our work has on these groups and communities.
Sherin Dharan
Where in Australia are you?
Sydney, NSW.
What is your Role and when did you start at Good360?
I am a Customer Success Coordinator and started in February 2024.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself!
I may look like a shy person but every now and then drop a bomb I have a wicked sense of humour.
What are you most looking forward to, or what have you enjoyed so far, as part of the Good360 team?
I am looking forward to the new year and what it brings I am so grateful to be part of a team with such beautiful and pure hearts. I feel like I was meant to be here and that these are my kind of people. Every morning, I thank god that I work here and I have the support of such wonderful souls. Thank you Good360!
Tegan Primmer-Scibberas
Where in Australia are you?
I’m based in Western Sydney.
What is your Role and when did you start at Good360?
I am a Fundraising Specialist and also look after the volunteer program. And I started in January 2024.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself!
I previously worked in animal welfare, and have a degree in Animal Science.
What are you most looking forward to, or what have you enjoyed so far, as part of the Good360 team?
The culture, everyone works together so well as a team and truly believes in the work we do.
