We want to share with you what we are doing at Good360 Australia to protect our people, charity and school members, business partners and our supporters.
In light of the ever-evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we have made some key changes to our policies and procedures in line with advice from the World Health Organisation and Australia’s Chief Medical Officer.
From Monday, March 16, Good360 has adopted social distancing policies. These policies include:
- not conducting face-to-face meetings for the foreseeable future. We will utilise technologies such as Slack and Google Meet to facilitate virtual business meetings
- all Good360 head office staff are working remotely
- implementing new warehouse procedures for staff interactions with Click & Collect customers and delivery drivers that align with social distancing practices
- reinforcing best practice hygiene standards in our warehouse, as well as increased cleaning measures to ensure a clean and healthy working environment
Please note, that these are purely precautionary measures to preserve the health and safety of all our people and are not in response to any specific risk that has been identified.
Rest assured, while it may not be business as usual, Good360 are committed to continuing our operations to support Australians in need. We know more than ever our members and your communities are facing uncertain times and we stand with you. As such we will continue to work closely with our member charities, eligible schools and donors to get the right goods to the right people when they are most needed.
The Good36 Team office will continue to work remotely during normal business hours, however, the Good360 office will be closed. We will continue to provide consistent and reliable support from 9am – 5pm, AEDT, Monday to Friday.The Good360 Giving Team can still be contacted on 02 8594 3600 and all other staff via their usual email and contact phone number.
We will continue to work hard to protect the safety of our community and will keep you informed of any changes as they occur. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.
