A Home Filled with Dignity, Not Empty Cupboards
Good360 creates connects items in four areas of impact: Education, Home, Hygiene and Play.
Access to basic necessities is crucial for empowering people facing difficult times, providing them with a sense of security and comfort within their homes. Good360 connects people in need Australia-wide with essential home goods such as furniture, bedding and clothing, ensuring they can enjoy a home life free from deprivation.
Everyone deserves a safe home
At Good360, we work with our generous product donors and network of 4,500 charity and disadvantaged school members to connect people in need with the everyday essentials that make a house feel like home.
A home is more than just a place to live—it’s where we feel safe, comfortable, and ourselves. Research shows that furniture and furnishings provide a sense of personal identity, helping people feel secure and settled. But for many facing financial hardship, even the basics like bedding, cookware, or storage can be out of reach.
Clothing is another essential that goes beyond warmth. Worn-out or ill-fitting clothes can affect self-esteem, dignity, and even a child’s willingness to go to school. In extreme weather, a lack of proper clothing can also impact health and well-being.
Through the power of product donations and our wonderful partnerships, we’re ensuring communities facing tough times have access to the essentials that make a difference.
Imagine living in a house without the comforts of home
Material deprivation is living without the items that no one should have to go without. It means navigating daily life without the basic items that make a home safe, functional, and comfortable.
In Good360’s newest report, we explore the continued impacts the cost of living crisis is having on everyday Australians and their ability to afford basic home essentials. The report also highlights the demand that exists and how Good360 works with our member and partner networks to connect brand-new home items to vulnerable communities.

The Rising Cost of Living: Struggling to Cover the Essentials
The cost of living has skyrocketed, and it’s not just people already living in poverty who are feeling the strain—everyday Australians are being pushed to the edge. Across the country, families are being forced to make impossible choices between paying for utilities, keeping up with medical appointments, or replacing essential home items like clothing and bedding.
For households on low incomes or living below the poverty line, the situation is even worse. Many are struggling to cover basic housing, food, and medical costs, let alone afford essential services like electricity and water. Making ends meet is getting harder every year.
The impact isn’t felt equally either. Single parents, First Nations people, carers, and households with disability are facing the most severe financial hardship. No one should have to choose between keeping their home comfortable and looking after their health.
At Good360, we believe everyone deserves access to the basics that support their wellbeing and comfort. We’re making sure essential household goods reach the people who need them most—because no one should have to go without.

Disaster Recovery: Providing Hope and Dignity
When disaster strikes, families are often left with nothing—forced to start over without the essentials that make a house feel like home. The cost of rebuilding can be overwhelming, with rising prices for tradespeople and materials making recovery even harder. While grants and insurance can help, not everyone qualifies or can afford coverage, leaving many without the financial support they need.
That’s where Good360 comes in. We’re there not just in the immediate aftermath, but for the long haul—helping families and communities rebuild, piece by piece. Through our network of charity and business partners, we connect people with donated furniture, appliances, bedding, and other household essentials to restore comfort, stability, and dignity.
Recovery doesn’t happen overnight. Long after the headlines fade, we’re still there, ensuring families have what they need to turn their house back into a home. Because no one should have to start from scratch alone.

The need is widespread, there are so many living in cars and tents who need sleeping bags and camping equipment so that they can cook and keep warm.
We have had lots of natural disasters in this areas, flood, fires etc. It's a similar need for people who were previously experiencing homelessness, when they finally get a place, they walk in with nothing.
Thank you for all you do, it always brings tears to my eyes as the amount of people that have been touched by Good360 and partnering companies is beyond words. So many are shocked that it is all new and not secondhand.Good360 Member
