Your used laptops can change lives
Over 7 million Australians are facing digital barriers, missing out on study, work, staying in touch, and managing daily life. By donating your used device, you can empower the 1 in 4 Australians to rejoin the digital world and thrive.
Good360 is turning your old laptops, tablets and phones into tools of transformation. Join us and donate today. Together, we can bridge the digital divide and unlock a brighter future.
What is the Digital Divide?
Did you know that the 2023 Australian Digital Inclusion Index (ADII) found 1 in 4 Australians are digitally excluded. That’s millions of Australians without access to basic digital skills and the tools to participate in today’s world. Meanwhile, 3.5 million computers end up in landfill every year.
Computers and mobiles are powerful tools. Most of us can’t imagine life without them but this is the reality for too many. Digital inclusion isn’t just nice to have, it is a must have in today’s society. But it isn’t just devices that many Australians don’t have access to, it is also access to the internet and the training to use it.
Imagine having no computer, no phone or no internet in your everyday life and try to study, find work or keep in touch. That is a reality for many people across Australia. But we are working to close that gap one device at a time.
How we're helping
Good360 is turning used laptops, mobiles and tablets into tools of transformation. We reclaim, refurbish and re-home devices for people who need them most, and when required, we also provide data access and digital training.
Through our refurbishment partners and a vetted network of charities and schools, devices reach the right people in communities across Australia.
We’re working with industry to solve this at scale, including as a founding partner of the National Device Bank and with partners like Optus, whose Donate Your Data program powers vital connectivity.
This is a big challenge — and we can only make a real impact by acting together.
Real stories, real impact

Bridging the Digital Divide for Young Adults
The ripple effect that a single piece of technology can have is far-reaching. With it, a person can access online learning, apply for jobs, connect with mentors, and discover new possibilities. It’s... an opportunity for them to rewrite their own story.

The National Device Bank
In collaboration with our partners Work Ventures and Good Things Foundation, Good360 aims to implement an exciting new piece of social infrastructure – a National Device Bank of donated and refurbished laptops, tablets and mobiles.
Over five years, the Australian public and corporate sector will refresh ten million devices, with many companies utilising IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services.
This ultimately diverts devices into international markets for profit. Additionally, devices may be recycled or sent to landfill.
We don’t think this is acceptable when so many Australians need access to these devices. There is a better option.
The National Device Bank model would encourage Australian companies and government agencies to donate their technology, keep the devices in Australia and help Australians so that the devices can be refurbished and redistributed for free to people who are digitally excluded.
How you can get involved
Good360 provides a secure and comprehensive solution for companies to donate surplus technology to people in need. Your devices will help transform lives and close the digital divide.
It costs $240 for us to get a refurbished device and internet access for 1 year into the hands of a person in need, and we are asking for your support to help cover the cost.
Optus generously donate its services so if you’re an Optus customer with an eligible mobile plan, you can donate a portion of data. Your donation allows us to provide digital access to Australians in need.
We understand many families are struggling due to a lack of access to life online. If you’re a charity, school or community organisation in need of devices to help your community, you may be an eligible recipient for our Digital Divide program.
