|What’s your name?||James Saludo|
|When did you commence with Good360?||November, 2016|
|Where do you call home?||I was born and raised in Sydney, more specifically Chatswood a great place that has everything but not only that, this is where all my friends, family and memories are.|
|A bit more about yourself…||
I am a Filipino born Australian in my early 20s raised in Sydney within a small loving family of 4 and just about to graduate from my Professional Accounting Degree.
|What roles/jobs have you undertaken before…for what organisation or industries?||
I currently work in Kmart as a sales assistant. I am the one to ask for help if you want what you’re looking for. In addition I have volunteered as a MQ mentor, MQ Buddy, Career Fair volunteer, a society Treasurer at Macquarie University (MQ) and assisted in fun events such as Colour Run, Vivid and Chatswood Street Fair.
|What are your passions…what interests you?||Honestly my passion is helping people and living life. I enjoy spending quality time with my friends and family and now recently my loving girlfriend too. In the workplace I do enjoy the understanding of how things work especially when it relates to numbers. After joining Good360, this volunteering position made me realised how much the world can offer me in terms of knowledge and self development, and how much I can give back to the world through positive actions. Outside of the workplace I enjoy exploring new places and collecting all the memories to look back at knowing when I am older I lived a life worth living.|
|What do you consider your main achievements in life so far?||
Making it to university and completing my degree. The whole university journey made me so proud. And with the help of Good360 volunteering experience and the amazing people of Good360 who keeps giving, I will find my way into the world with a positive mindset. I am so glad I found Good360, this charity has changed me positively and I am thankful for this experience.
