Why Your NFP Should Create an Impact Story
You’ve paid for shipping and your brand new goods have already arrived. Why should your Not for Profit create an impact story? We promise it’s worth your team’s time!
Good360 Impact Stories are personal experiences from some of the many NFPs we’ve had the pleasure of delivering our donated goods to. With just a few paragraphs and a couple of pictures, these individual stories show full circle the tangible impact and saving the goods are making.
You already know all of our donated products come from businesses throughout Australia. These corporations can choose to donate their excess goods anywhere (or throw them out – Yikes!), but they choose to give them to Good360. When you submit your Impact Story, these businesses get to see the tangible benefits of their donation. They see how far their efforts go and will come back to us with more products ready for donation!
We also tend to share Impact Stories on our social media channels, especially Facebook and LinkedIn. If your team posts its Impact Story on your own platforms, all your fans are now involved in your success. By us sharing your Impact Story, a new audience is introduced to you and your mission. This will definitely entice more people to get involved with your organisation! One recent Impact Story comes from Jarrah House, a program that assists displaced women rebuilding their lives as they overcome addiction. By working with us, Jarrah House was able to secure brand new under garments, shoes and even make-up for clients.
“They [our clients] know the products from Good360 and that Good360 is advocating on their behalf with big companies so that these incredible products get recycled back to the people who need them most in society.” – Jarrah House
Impact Stories are easy to write, but our team is always willing to help you create great content to help you save on time. We will gladly assist you in creating your next Impact Story, so feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 02 8594 3600.
Your Impact Story gets its own page where we include any images and video content you share with us.
