COVID-19 – The road to recovery
Australia has faced an unprecedented period of disaster challenges and is now dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. COVID-19 has created a new sector of vulnerable people who would not normally ask for support. This increase in the number of people in need has resulted in increased demand for Good360 services. In April alone, Good360 saw a 338% increase in charity orders and a staggering 1,056% increase in the $RRP of brand-new goods we delivered against the same period last year. Good360’s cumulative impact since March 2020 is detailed below with up-to-date figures. The road to recovery is anticipated to be long with demand for brand-new goods remaining high.
We know more than ever our members and your communities are facing uncertain times and we stand with you. As such we will continue to work closely with our member charities, eligible schools and donors to get the right goods to the right people when they are needed most.

Products critically needed by vulnerable communities:
We have made key changes to our policies and procedures in line with advice from the World Health Organisation and Australia’s Chief Medical Officer.
Good360 are implementing social distancing policies. These policies include:
- We will utilise technologies such as Slack and Google Meet to facilitate virtual business meetings.
- All Good360 head office staff are working remotely.
- Implementing new warehouse procedures for staff interactions with Click & Collect customers, delivery drivers and volunteers that align with social distancing practices.
- Reinforcing best practice hygiene standards in our warehouse, as well as increased cleaning measures to ensure a clean and healthy working environment.
